How to ferment dried cutch tree water:
Put 20 liter of water + 20 g. of dried cutch tree( acacia catechu) + small amount of salt in the container.
Soak for 2 days (should oxigenation while soaking).
Scoop out only the dried cutch tree.
Close the container and wait until the smell are gone.
Note :
You can reuse the dried cutch tree by sun dried.
How to use the dried cuth tree fermented water:
Fermented water:
water
= 1:10 ( add small amount of salt to PH balancing )
After mixed, the color of water should not be too thick.
Please beware that too thick ferment water can cause the fish eye to blemish.
While the Malabar Leaves
have properties to treat diseases, Dried cutch tree (acacia catechu) can prevent disease.
Moreover, it helps to harden fish scales. (This properties is not included in dried Malabar and dried banana leaves)
