This is a Vitamin E fortified protective, stress
relief and disease preventing slime coat treatment.
It does however have a specific use when setting up
a new tank. Apparently nitrifying bacteria enjoy cling-
ing to the slime coat it produces. Success in cycling
tanks has been achieved by squirting the liquid directly
into the filter bed prior to adding water. Additionally,
this is the finest water conditioner to remove toxic ele-
ments and place a slime shield on fish. Compare quality
(slipperiness) and concentration with other products. One
teaspoon treats 20 gallons.
Each
one ounce bottle treats
120
gallons.
DOSE: Shake very well. Add 1 teaspoon to each 20 NET gallons.
WATER MANAGEMENT: Dose when changing water and filter media.
STRESS: Dose when netting moving & adding new fish to the tank.
CYCLING NEW AQUARIUMS: Double dose the 1st day and dose
evety other day for 1 week.

is not a medication. If medication is needed use RES-Q for freshwater and

for marine aquariums. Both are

A concentrated solution of Methylene Blue.
METHYBLU
will aid to carry oxygen to fish in case of nitrite
toxicity. It is used to control & prevent
EGG FUNGUS
and is helpful for ICH. This product can be used in
Marine aquariums. Use: 1 to 2 drops per gallon.
Each
one ounce bottle treats up to
600
gallons.
DOSE: Shake well before using. Add 1 drop to each NET
gallon of aquarium water. Use when receiving new fish,
(as preventative) and when disease occurs (as a control).
To control parasites on fish, treat every other day for 5 days
(3 treatments are suggested). Repeat full treatment in 3
days if necessary. To prevent egg fungus use
METHYBLU.
at half strength.

is a chemical
that prevents and controls: ICH (Ichthyophthirius) * Fertile
Egg Fungus * Fungal and Bacterial Infections * Nitrate
Toxicity * Tail Rot.
METHYBLU
is all fish safe and if used
as directed will not affect the biological filter bed.
MARINE: Double dose for marine use. Avoid use in the
presence of invertebrates.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Do a partial water changes using
SHIELDEX
before and after treatment. If live foods are being
fed to fish, treat weekly to prevent possible infestation.
METHYBLU
may cause coloration of silicon in the aquarium
If this prevents a problem, in Freshwater aquariums use
FORMALITE 2 for Ich control or
SUPER FUNGUS PLUS
for Fin and Tail Rot and Fungal Infections.

This is a double strength dechlorinator (compare other
products for value) which will neutralize the worst possible
chlorine level in municipal water and thus eliminate the most
common hazard to all fish. Always use when you make water
changes. Use 1 drop to 2 net gallons.
DOSE: Add 1 drop per 2 NET gallons of water. In high chlorine
areas it is suggested that the dose be doubled.
