    Description

    This listing is for a Vintage 1988 deBrunhoff Babar Watch.  There is no original paperwork but there is a watch care instruction sheet.  The watch body does show signs of age and some wear but is still in very good condition overall.  There is a photo showing the watch with the back cover removed to show the chatter marks around the rim of the body which are not visible with the back cover on.  The crystal has some light scuffs and scratches but is overall very clear.  The black leather watch band measures 7” long and .65” wide.  This watch has a new battery, runs smoothly, and keeps time.  The Babar Watch came in a Sweda box but I have know idea if the Sweda watch company was the company that manufactured this Babar watch as there is no manufacturer’s identification on the watch.  For a watch that is 33 years old this is still a great looking piece for the Babar collector!
